The Caboose Cafe & Bakery offers a selection of peasant sandwiches (combination sandwiches all filled with lots of vegetables). They offer everything from fresh meats (ham, roast beef, smoked turkey, and salami cappicola) to cheeses (swiss, feta, and gouda) to vegetarian faire (grilled vegetables, hummus/ cucumbers, and spinach/mozzarella). In addition, there are appetizers, antipastis and soups as well as many green salad selections to choose from.
